About the organisation
Community Information & Support Victoria (CISVic) is the peak body representing local community information and support services (formerly Citizens Advice Bureaus). Our local services assist people experiencing personal and financial difficulties by providing information, referral and support services including Emergency Relief.
We liaise with local, state and federal governments on behalf of local centres for funding and support. We undertake research and training.
CISVic and its members are committed to volunteering and offer a range of opportunities for people to work with us. And we seek and arrange funding from philanthropic organisations and private donors.
